Coach Kramer joined the Murrieta Surf in March of 2013. He has been coaching for the past 15 years and he is currently the head coach for the Boys U14 and the Boys U17 teams here with the Surf. Prior to taking over these two teams, he was the Director of Goalkeeping for the club as well as coach for the Girls 02 team. He is currently the Assistant Coach for the Norco College women’s team and has held that position for the past 10 years. He is also the Assistant Coach for the Lakeside High School Boys’ Varsity soccer team, the 2012 C.I.F. SS Division 5 Champions. He spent one season as the Assistant Coach for Pali Blues of the USL W-League (4-Time W-League Champions).
He currently holds the U.S.S.F “D” license with plans to complete the National “C” license this summer and he holds the N.S.C.A.A. National Goalkeeping Diploma. He has been a referee in the valley since 1992.
Coach Kramer played collegiately for one season at Riverside Community College followed by two seasons at California Baptist University, graduating with all-time record of G.A.A at the school. He was the recipient of the first ever N.A.I.A Defensive Player of the Week Honor in 2007.
Coach Kramer graduated from CBU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History followed by his Master of Arts degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University. He is currently in his 4th year teaching and is teaching Special Education at the middle school level in Moreno Valley.
